Top of the Charts
Just wanted to let you all see how popular Vine has become since it was released just a month an a half ago. Now reaching #1 in the “free apps” section of the App Store.
Couldn’t Have Said It Better
Here’s a video I found on YouTube just doing an excellent job on what the vine app does and how to use it.
Vine Links With Facebook
I’m not sure if msny of you know this, but Vine was introduced to the public as the child of twitter, so the only other sharinging you could do from the vine app was in tweet form. But the good news is here! Vine has fianlly added a way yo share to facebook. Read about it now in the article below by SocialNewsDaily
Vine Gets Down to Business
While online doing some research on what the Vine app offers I found this blog post that lists some ways businesses can use vine to their benefit.

6. Super brief product show-off videos.
7. Fastest house walk through ever for real estate pros.
8. Field site visit checklist in visual form.
9. Before, during, and after shots of the great haircuts and styles you give.
10. Headshots for talent agencies or hiring agencies. (Hat tip Steve Garfield).
11. Share your new website design.
Too Simple
Just wanted to show you guys how easy it is to search, find and download the app from the Apple App Store.
Step 1. Open your iPhone and find the App Store.
Step 2. Open the App Store
Step 3. Search for Vine (but it’s popularity makes it second one on the “free apps”)
Step 4. Install the Vine app
Step 5. Open and enjoy your new app, Vine!
It’s so easy that I did this all from my phone and if you can see the time at the top of each picture you can see that it only took 2 mins to do this (not on wifi) so if it’s this easy why don’t we all have this already?
Seen It Through the GrapeVINE
Here’s a link to Vine’s main site with info on the app and how to use it for your social media needs. Their page also has tabs to see the apps blog, info on the app, and a way to contact them.
Intro to Vine
If you are new to the social media world and would like to know what’s out there for you besides facebook and twitter then I am happy to introduce to you Vine. its the newest way to interact with your followers via a mini video. Apple.com says “Vine is the best way to see and share life in motion. Create short, beautiful, looping videos in a simple and fun way for your friends and family to see” and it really is! The process is as simple as it sounds too, just point, aim and record a video and decide when and where to loop it and the post it for your friends to see. If you intersted in checking this out then go to your iphones “app store” (only available for apple ios) now and downlaod Vine and enjoy.
